Kevin Bennett

Owner / Lead Framer

Kevin founded Hendley Built to provide General Contractors and builders with a high-velocity structural partner they can actually trust. As a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and a former Marine Corps officer with deployments to Afghanistan and Southeast Asia, Kevin brings a level of discipline and logistical precision to the jobsite that is rare in the trades. Whether he’s leading a framing crew or managing complex structural tie-ins, his focus is on getting the project dried-in correctly and ahead of schedule.

Beyond the military, Kevin’s leadership was forged in high-stakes environments with Doctors Without Borders, where he managed the construction of emergency treatment facilities during outbreaks in the DRC. Today, he applies that same "mission-first" mentality to residential construction. Kevin remains on-site as lead carpenter, ensuring every frame is delivered with the exactness a follow-on trim crew needs and the reliability a GC deserves.

Ryan Lovelett

As a Framing Team Lead, Ryan is the boots-on-the-ground force that keeps Hendley Built moving. He excels in the high-stakes environment of large-scale new builds and complex structural tie-ins where "standard" solutions don't apply. Ryan brings a rare level of intensity to the jobsite, serving as both a lead technician and a role model for the next generation of Hendley Built carpenters. His ability to execute technical prints with speed and precision makes him a critical asset to every GC we partner with.
